Home Delivery Order Form
To help those who can’t get to our store due to to Covid-19 we have introduced an online order form and home delivery service. Please note this is not a complete online shopping system, however will enable you to order goods from our store using the secure form below. We will always endeavour to supply all the products you have ordered, however some products may not be available due to supply issues.
Please see below a list of common questions and answers in regard to this service. Please note that we are offering this as a service to our community at this difficult time and we would ask you to understand that we will be doing our best to fulfil your order.
You can place an order using the online form below. To order we need to know your contact details, delivery address and obviously your order! We have divided the form into different sections to make it easier for you to order but also for our team to pick and pack you order. When listing the items in your order, please type each item on a new line ie:
Washed Potatoes x 6
Bananas x 6
Full Cream Milk 2 litres
Greek Yoghurt 500g
When ordering please try to give us as much information about the product you want. As per example above Greek Yoghurt 500g, etc – If you are not concerned about the brand of product or exact size then please just describe the product – ie Yoghurt small tub, etc.
We deliver within a 10km radius of the store. If you are outside this radius, pelase contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
We currently deliver Monday – Friday. If your order is urgent and requires weekend delivery please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
Your order will be delivered within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We will always endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, and usually this is the same day for orders placed in the mornings, however please allow 2 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) to receive your order. If this is an issue and you require your order urgently please contact us to see if we can make arrangements to get your order to you ASAP.
There is an $8 delivery fee.
The minimum order required for delivery is $50. If you feel your order is unlikely to be $50 or more, then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
We require 48 hours notice to pick, pack and deliver your order. If you require an order urgently please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once we have picked, packed and totalled your order we will call you and take payment over the phone via credit/debit card.
Wherever possible we are minimising any contact in line with health guidelines. We will alert you by knocking at the door/doorbell and will leave your order where you can easily access ir or as described on your order form.
